Content Removal Request

This page explains how to request the removal of AI-generated content from the Too Shy platform. Too Shy is operated by FLOWVATE DEVELOPMENT LTD (Cyprus). We take takedown requests seriously and process them on a priority basis.

1. What This Process Covers

You can use this process to request removal of content that falls into any of the following categories:

• Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII): AI-generated content that depicts you or another identifiable real person without consent in an intimate, sexual, or compromising context.
• Likeness or impersonation: AI-generated content that resembles an identifiable real person in a way that may cause confusion, defamation, or reputational harm.
• Deepfakes: AI-generated content that combines or manipulates a real person's face, voice, or likeness without authorization.
• Copyright infringement (DMCA): Content that you own or control the copyright to, and that has been reproduced or generated without permission.
• Trademark or brand misuse: Content that uses a registered trademark, logo, or brand identity without authorization.
• Personal data (GDPR / privacy): Personal data about an identifiable EU resident that you request to have erased under Article 17 of the GDPR.
• Other Content Policy violations: Content that may otherwise breach our Content Policy.

2. Important Disclaimer

All visual content on the Service is exclusively generated by artificial intelligence. We do not host, produce, or distribute content depicting real human models, actors, or actresses. Despite this, we recognize that AI-generated output may unintentionally resemble a real person, and we take such cases very seriously. See also our 18 U.S.C. 2257 Exemption Statement in the Terms of Service.

3. How to Submit a Request

Send your request to help@tooshy.ai with the subject line:

[Content Removal] – Brief description

Your request must include all of the following:

1. Identification of the content. A direct URL, message ID, screenshot, or sufficient description to allow us to locate the specific content.
2. Category. Which category from Section 1 applies (NCII / likeness / deepfake / copyright / trademark / GDPR / other).
3. Your relationship to the content. Whether you are the depicted person, the copyright owner, an authorized representative, or otherwise affected.
4. Identity verification. Your full legal name and a valid contact email. For NCII and likeness requests, a government-issued photo ID may be required to verify identity (we will handle ID copies confidentially and delete them after verification).
5. Good-faith statement. A signed statement confirming, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder (or yourself).
6. Contact details. Email, and (optional) phone number or postal address.

4. DMCA Copyright Notices

Copyright takedown notices must additionally include the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information to locate it.
• Contact information for the complaining party.
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

5. Response Timeline

For verified NCII, deepfake, or impersonation cases, we will typically take down the content immediately upon acknowledgement and complete the formal review afterwards.

6. Counter-Notice (DMCA)

If your content was removed under a DMCA takedown and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to help@tooshy.ai that contains the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), including your signature, identification of the removed material, a sworn statement of good-faith belief that the removal was a mistake, your contact information, and your consent to jurisdiction.

7. Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating user accounts that are determined, in appropriate circumstances, to be repeat infringers. We also disable user prompts and generation patterns that have produced infringing output.

8. Misuse of This Process

Submitting knowingly false or bad-faith removal requests may result in liability under applicable law (including under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) for DMCA misuse). We may share misuse evidence with law enforcement.
